EnjoyGevity

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026

This policy explains the information EnjoyGevity collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to info@enjoygevity.com.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you place an order, join our email list, contact us, or use a promotion. This can include your name, email address, selected matcha goals, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, and messages you send us. Payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

We also receive limited technical information when you use the site, such as your IP address, browser and device information, and information needed to keep the site, cart, checkout, and fraud-prevention controls working. The site uses browser storage needed to remember cart and offer state. For offer-goal measurement, we retain anonymous aggregate counts of selections and completed email signups, categorized by broad device type and approximate country and state or region. To determine that approximate location, we send the request IP address to IPWho and retain only the resulting aggregate category, not the IP address, email address, cookie, or another persistent visitor identifier in this report. We use Google Analytics to measure site usage, including page views, button interactions, offer signups, cart activity, checkout starts, purchases, and visits from our email links. If you arrive from a ChatGPT advertisement, the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel may measure product views, cart activity, checkout starts, and completed purchases to help us understand ad performance.

How we use information

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the store: with Stripe for payments and checkout, including storing selected matcha goals with the associated customer record; Google Analytics for site measurement; OpenAI for conversion measurement from ChatGPT advertisements; Resend for transactional and marketing email; IPWho for approximate IP-based country and region lookup used in anonymous offer-goal aggregates; and shipping providers used to fulfill and deliver orders. Resend may measure email link clicks when tracking is enabled for our sending domain. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or asset sale.

We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for orders, support, legal and tax obligations, fraud prevention, and legitimate business operations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and records we need to retain. To make a request, email info@enjoygevity.com from the email address associated with your order or include enough information for us to verify your request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including rights to know, delete, correct, or opt out of certain uses of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can address it.
