Using our site

You may use the site for lawful, personal shopping purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt to access systems or information without authorization, misuse offers or checkout, or use the site in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Products and health information

EnjoyGevity Matcha Capsules are sold as a dietary supplement. Information on this site is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before using a supplement if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or have questions about whether it is right for you.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is placed. We may correct pricing, availability, or description errors and may cancel or refuse an order where permitted by law. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is not accepted until we confirm payment and send an order confirmation.

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Processing time, carrier service, weather, holidays, and other factors can affect delivery. If you choose an expedited option, the additional charge applies to that delivery option; actual delivery remains subject to the carrier’s service conditions.

Returns, refunds, and support

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains return eligibility, timing, return shipping, damaged or incorrect orders, and refund handling. If you need help with an order, email info@enjoygevity.com with your order number and details.

Offers and promotions

Promotions may have separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, quantity limits, or other terms. We may modify, suspend, or end a promotion at any time where permitted by law. Offers cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined unless we say otherwise.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, branding, designs, text, images, and other materials are owned by or licensed to EnjoyGevity and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use them without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers and liability
